Behind the Brand: The Heartbeat of Urban Paws Collective

Urban Paws Collective™ was born from a lifelong devotion to dogs — my belief that they are among the greatest gifts on this earth — and a shared dream to bring style, comfort, and quality to the world of pet essentials.

From as far back as I can remember, dogs have been a constant in my life. Every breed, every temperament, every little quirk – I’ve loved them all. That love didn’t fade with time; it grew, evolved, and became a driving force behind everything we’re building today.

Luckily for me, I married someone who shares this same passion (thank you Lisa). Together, we’ve raised our children in a dog-loving home, where the sounds of paws on floors and tails wagging are just part of the everyday rhythm.

Today, we share our lives with three very different, very special dogs:

• Marley our nearly 12-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel — a gentle and wise dog that makes us laugh everyday.
• Nala, our beautiful 5-year-old rescue Springerdor mix — full of energy that never seems to end, a crazy and quirky little girl that we so adore.
• And Buddy, our 2.5-year-old giant Doberman. We rehomed him at 14 months with some significant behavioural challenges. He has become both our biggest challenge and one of our greatest joys. Dobermans have a way of grabbing hold of your heart – fiercely loyal, deeply emotional, and endlessly rewarding.

Urban Paws Collective is our way of honouring that bond we share with our dogs. We believe your dog deserves more than just functional accessories – they deserve elevated essentials that blend luxury, practicality, and comfort.

Our slings — the first part of our City Stroll Collection — have been created to make everyday life with your pup more stylish and seamless. But that’s only the beginning.

Coming soon: our luxurious black-and-gold robes and towels, launching as the Signature Collection, alongside even more thoughtfully designed products and exciting collections already in development.
